Life.Paper.Scrapbook. August Sketch Challenge

5:14 PM

Today I want to share my first challenge as a designer for Life.Paper.Scrapbook. Here is the sketch we used:

I am NOT a sketch person at all, so I enjoy the opportunity to be challenged. Normally my sketch interpretations look nothing like the sketch. This time I stayed a little closer to the sketch because it was my first page for a design team and I didn't want to color too far outside the lines. I have been wanting to scrapbook this photo of Michael and I during our Disneyland honeymoon. We were given our own boat on the Small World ride, as well as a round of applause by everyone in line. It was so fun!

The prize for this month's challenge is an assortment of 5 stickers packs from Skipping5
They are also offering a 15% off your order using the code LPS15. How cool is that? Their puffy stickers are so fun!

Here are all the details for the challenge:
- You can submit ANY kind of project that you can use the sketch for: cards, layouts or anything you can adapt it to. - You can use the sketch and color challenges together just make sure you link it up to each so you have a chance to win in both. - August Sketch Challenge runs until 11:59 pm on August 23. (Don't forget Life.Paper.Scrapbook. is in Australia)- The winner of the prize will be randomly drawn.- We will also feature three of the favorite layouts and the selected layouts will be asked to guest design for the next color challenge.

(You have to be in it to win it so link up your project up on the right please make sure you link to the correct challenge, there is both a sketch and color challenge to link up to (if you are linking to a blog please link to the actual post the layout is featured in not just the general address) and make sure you link back to Life.Paper.Scrapbook.)

Be sure to check the Life.Paper.Scrapbook. blog to see all the other lovely interpretations of the sketch challenge from our incredibly talented design team.
